57 Degrees is equipped to deliver a total solution for your injection mold requirements, specializing in Vertical or Horizontal injection mold projects. 57 Degrees can support all steps required from tooling design to finished parts for final assembly.

Customer designed Molds are sent for first Article inspection. QSR process standard method of inspection.

Equipment Capabilities range from 50 to 450 tons using 105 machines with capability to expand as needed. Molds can be designed with up to 16 cavities with a maximum of 45 ounces per shot. Factory has the capability for Pet Preform, Dual Color Machines (Custom Colors Available), Double Shot (SMD/SMP), Soft Grip and Insert / Over Molding.

Tooling Machinery capabilities include; CNC Milling, Wire-Cut, EDM, Drilling, Milling and Grinding.

With design capabilities both in the USA and China allowing for projects to stay on track and meet project schedules. Factory provides mold maintenance and certification programs to insure customer satisfaction.
